How it works

There are a lot of smartphone apps out there which can record trainings, sleep, diet, weight, heart rate variability, daily activity. Additional devices and sensors collect wealth of information: like activity trackers, smartwatches, heart rate monitors etc. It really takes couple of minutes per day to record all this data.

You install FitnessLog app on your smartphone to collect the data. It is available for iPhone and Android. On iPhone data is collected from HealthKit, on Android - from Google Fit. It is important that you configure your other apps to push the data into these places.

Data is collected automatically by FitnessLog. Your privacy is always protected: you can choose which data is collected and for how long. You always stay in control of your data.

Once collected, data is presented in a holistic way: all aspects are shown at once. In this way you can see dependencies between your stress level, sleep, diet, training etc and change your habits accordingly. You do not have to register for that or create online account with FitnessLog. However, if you want to share your data with your trainer, medical doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist etc, you both have to. So, you can decide for yourself when you want to start sharing and with whom.
